Terms of Service

Welcome to reelbridgenexxus.rest. By accessing our platform, booking a charter, or entering into an agreement with Reelbridgenexxus Marine Events Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Charter Reservations & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure charter reservations. The remaining balance, including catering security deposits and sound technician fees, must be cleared 14 days prior to departure.

2. Maritime Safety & Captain Authority

The Master (Captain) of the vessel retains absolute authority at all times regarding vessel safety, weather navigation, guest capacity limits, and emergency procedures. The Captain reserves the right to adjust navigation itineraries or terminate charters immediately without refund in cases of unsafe passenger behavior.

3. Acoustic Equipment & DJ Gear Usage

Guests utilizing our Pioneer DJ consoles and sound rigs are held financially responsible for damages caused by liquid spills, physical mistreatment, or unapproved third-party gear connections. Sound technician supervision is required during all live sets.

4. Weather & Force Majeure Cancellations

If marine forecasts indicate dangerous conditions (Gale Warning, High Sea State), Reelbridgenexxus will offer priority rebooking within 12 months or full refund of vessel charter fees.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of London.
